The hotel has a great location, allowing us to explore nearby attractions easily. We had a memorable stay overall with tons of highlights like the exceptional hospitality from the staff and the beautifully decorated lobby for the holidays. However, some issues arose during our stay regarding the service, especially with communication and room amenities. Despite this, the location was truly fantastic, making it easy to explore the vibrant city of Chicago.
